Source Sans at 10 point with tight leading, and the only heading treatment in the set that is not a full-width rule: each section is marked by a short accent rule that stops well before the right margin. The page reads as a sequence of starts rather than a grid of boxes, which keeps a dense page from feeling like a form.
Skills are set in two columns. That sounds like a parsing risk and is not: the columns are typeset as flowing text, so the extracted reading order stays sensible, and it recovers several lines that a single-column skills list would spend on white space at the end of each line. Those lines go back to your bullets.
Source Sans was drawn for user interfaces, which means it was optimised for exactly what a recruiter does — reading short fragments quickly at small sizes. Use it when you have more experience than a page comfortably holds and you would rather tighten the typography than cut a role. Written in-house: one page, real text, standard headings, no footers.
