FAANG set — Pro and Career
Recruiter grid
Applications a recruiter reads before an engineer does.

The header is what makes this one. Your name sits large on the left and a compact block of contact details stacks on the right, like letterhead — so the top of the page gives a reader your name and every way to reach you in a single eye movement, without the wide centred block most templates spend three lines on.
Below that it is deliberately regular: Roboto at 10 point, capital headings over full-width rules, even spacing throughout. Roboto is the face of Android and of most of Google's own interfaces, which means it is enormously familiar and completely unremarkable at small sizes — the right qualities for a document being skimmed.
It is built for the very common case where the first human reading your resume is a recruiter rather than an engineer: someone matching titles, companies, dates and keywords before deciding whether to pass you to a hiring manager. Everything they need to match sits in a predictable place. Written in-house for ResumeX: one page, single column, standard section names, real selectable text, no page furniture. Reserved for Pro and Career.
